Your documents, handled with care

This page explains what we collect when you apply for an Iraq eVisa, why we need it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

1. Who we are

We are an independent visa facilitation agency that prepares and submits Iraq electronic visa applications on behalf of travellers. We are not a government body. Visa decisions are made solely by the competent Iraqi authorities.

2. Information we collect

Identity and travel data: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date.

Contact data: email address and phone number, used to send status updates and to reach you if a document must be corrected.

Documents: passport scan and passport-style photograph for each traveller.

Application data: visa category, number of travellers, city of arrival and payment status.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs needed to keep the service secure.

3. Why we use your data

To review your documents, prepare your file and submit your application to the competent authorities.

To contact you about your application, corrections and outcome.

To process payment of government and service fees.

To prevent fraud and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your data

Application data and documents are shared with the Iraqi authorities responsible for issuing the visa, including the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as required to process your request.

We also use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We never sell your personal data or documents.

5. Storage and security

Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to authorised staff working on your file.

Application records are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.

Submitted applications cannot always be withdrawn once forwarded to the authorities, but we will always tell you what is still possible.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your application progress and measure basic performance. No advertising cookies are used.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service or legal duties change. The date below shows the current version, and material changes are announced on this page.
